Data provided to the Donation Platform Provider: Name (optional), email address, and country/region (optional).

(3) Restrictions on the Use and Provision
Your data is shared directly with the operators entrusted with the operation of this page and payment processing under strict data processing agreements.
We will not use or provide personal information held by the City for any purpose other than those stated above, except in cases based on overriding statutory obligations under Japanese law (e.g., public finance auditing) or where the identifiable person has given explicit consent.
3 International Data Transfers and Retention Period
As a public sector entity in Japan, the City of Kyoto operates outside the scope of the EU-Japan Adequacy Decision. Therefore, your data is transferred to Japan based on your explicit consent.
